Founder and Chief Operating Officer, William Liwanag has more than a decade of experience in software development as lead engineer and programmer. His expertise in the field and his vision to improve and innovate information technology by supporting and developing aspiring developers to reach their peak potential led to the founding of this Software Development and Services startup, Logisium.
Started operations on May 1st, 2022. Since then we were vocal in expanding both the numbers of software development and all related services we offer just as well as the size of our team of skilled and experience developers.

As Logisium’s architect, he ensures that all project requirements and deliverables were met with the highest professional and industry standards.
Proven track experience of designing and delivering comprehensive, highest type of systems and software products. Twelve (12) years of experience in developing Desktop Applications and Web Applications.
Junior web developer with 2+ years of well-rounded experience in software development, object-oriented and user-centered design. With knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Google Sketch-Up and Autocad.
A bachelor's degree holder in information technology with 1 year of experience in web development in their capstone project and understanding of HTML, PHP, CSS, SQL, and C#.
Has a broad experience for maintaining computer systems within a business setting. Proven technological knowledge in installing, updating or repairing existing systems and troubleshooting problems with computer hardware.
